Overview
JFL QDK automatic dynamic anti-cracking tester is designed and manufactured according to JG/T157-2004 industry standard, which is suitable for testing exterior leveling putty with cement, polymer powder, synthetic resin emulsion as the main binder. The instrument evaluates the resistance of putty layer to cracking by simulating the process of substrate crazing and expansion, and provides an important test method for building exterior protection.
Features
1. Design and manufacture according to JG/T157-2004 industry standard
2. Automatic control of the crazing expansion process
3. Accurate measurement of crazing width to 0.02mm
4. Suitable for exterior putty testing of various binder formulations
5. Equipped with standard frame to ensure test conformity
Principle
After the motor is decelerated through the gear, it drags the ejector rod to move up, and the edge generates top force, which makes the asbestos cement board gradually produce subtle crazing in the specified area and controls the slow expansion of crazing. By observing the cracking of the putty layer, the ability of putty to resist the crazing expansion of the substrate is characterized.
Applications
Exterior putty testing, building materials testing, coating industry quality control
Steps
1. Put the frame on the asbestos cement board and apply the prepared putty
2. Remove the frame, the test plate is maintained in a standard environment for 7 days, and each sample is prepared with 3 test plates
3. Fix the maintained test board on the work surface, start the power supply and rise switch
4. Observe the blank area of the asbestos board and record the crazing width using a reading microscope after finding crazing
5. Record the maximum width of asbestos cement board cracking before putty layer cracking, accurate to 0.02mm
6. Start the descending switch to return the edge to its original position
7. Release the test plate clamping device, replace the test plate, and repeability test
Notice
• When the putty is scraped, the surface should be flat and free of bubbles
• When removing the frame, pay attention to the edge of the putty layer, and there should be no cracking and damage
• Microscope reading, the edge should not be abated to prevent asbestos cement board retraction
• If you need a Lighting Reading Microscope, please purchase it separately
