Overview
HYL-102 Hall Flow velocity meter is a HYLOLOGY brand product, designed and produced according to the national standard GB 1482-84, which is suitable for measuring the flowability of metal powders by the standard funnel method. This device can be used for powders that can flow freely through the 2.5mm standard funnel, and the 5.0mm funnel is used to test the Loose Bulk Density of the powder.

Principle
The flowability of the metal powder is expressed as the time required for the 50g metal powder to flow through a standard funnel with a specified pore size. The flow performance is evaluated by measuring the time the powder flows through the funnel.

Steps
1. Adjust the height of the bracket and fix it with the included wrench
2. Install the funnel to the bracket
3. Place the receiver (stainless steel plate) on the base
4. Weigh 50g of metal powder with your own Balance
5. Let the powder flow through the standard funnel while using the stopwatch Measurement time
6. Use glassgraduates with scale reference to the national standard to complete the determination of Loose Bulk Density

• The bracket, base and receiver need to be adjusted level, stable and vibration-free
• The funnel is made of stainless steel to prevent deformation and excessive abrasion
• Balance needs to be provided by the user, Capacity 1000g, accuracy 0.05g
• Stopwatch Measurement time needs to be accurate to 0.01s
• Operate in strict accordance with national standards
