Overview
OSP-02 L2000φ 16 formed wire coating bar is a professional Spreader tool produced by the Japanese OSP brand. It is manufactured by extrusion process, made of 304 stainless steel, and has a chrome-plated surface. This product is designed to replace the traditional wire coating bar to solve the problems of loose wire, broken wire, difficult cleaning and inability to freely change the surface shape. It can precisely control the wet film thickness to 1.5μm to achieve ultra-thin Spreader.

Principle
Spreader liquid on the substrate surface, using D-Bar formed wire coating bar to adjust (scrape off) the amount of liquid, through its groove design precise control of Spreader thickness.
