Overview
OSP-04 L2000φ 16 formed wire coating bar is a professional Spreader tool produced by the Japanese OSP brand. It is made by extrusion process, made of 304 stainless steel, and has a chrome-plated surface. The product is designed to replace the traditional wire coating bar and solve the problems of loose wire, broken wire, difficult cleaning and inability to freely change the surface shape. It was officially launched to the market in 2001.
Features
1. Minimum 1.5μm wet film thickness can be controlled to achieve ultra-thin Spreader.
2. The bottom of the groove is wider than the traditional steel wire coating bar, and the Coating Weight is larger.
3. Using extrusion process and 304 stainless steel material, the surface is chrome-plated for strong durability.
4. Specifications and lengths can be customized to meet different production requirements.
Principle
Spreader liquid on the substrate surface, using a D-Bar formed wire coating bar to adjust (scrape off) the amount of liquid, Spreader thickness is controlled by its groove design.
