OSP-04/400 coating rod is a formed Spreader tool made of 304 stainless steel, with a wet film thickness of 4μm, a total length of 400mm, and an application width of 300mm. It is suitable for Spreader operation in a variety of industries.

Principle
The coating rod is formed through a process to uniformly Spreader liquid or Stock on the surface of the material to form an accurate wet film thickness. The user holds both ends and uses the diameter and material characteristics of the rod to roll or scrape on the substrate to achieve a wet film thickness of 4 μm.

Steps
1. Prepare Spreader Substrate and Spreader Material
2. Hold both ends of the coating rod to ensure that the grip area (50 + 50mm) is stable
3. Place the coating rod on the surface of the substrate and apply appropriate pressure
4. Uniform rolling or scraping, so that the Spreader material forms a 4μm wet film thickness
5. After Spreader, clean the coating rod for next use

• Maintain uniform pressure during operation to prevent uneven thickness of Spreader
• Clean in time after use to avoid corrosion of 304 stainless steel
