Overview
MXHRS-150 Touchscreen Digital Display Plastic Rockwell Hardness Tester is an instrument specially used to test the Hardness of Non-metallic materials and softer metals under the SMTMF brand. It is suitable for plastics, hard rubber, synthetic resins, friction materials, etc. It uses an LCD screen to read the Hardness value, which is easy and fast to operate.
Features
1. Adopt automatic loading and unloading test force mechanism.
2. Illuminant, can clearly see the test point.
3. Equipped with a potentiometer with adjustable total test force holding time.
4. The operation is simple and fast, with no artificial operation errors except for the dial to zero.
5. High Sensitivity and Stability, Suitable for Workshops and Laboratories.
Principle
The hardness gauge presses the steel ball indenter into the surface of the sample by applying the specified initial test force and the main test force. After the main test force is removed, the residual increment of the depth of the Che is measured, and the corresponding rockwell hardness value is directly displayed through the LCD screen.
Applications
Plastics, hard rubber, synthetic resins, friction materials and softer metals hardness testing
Standards
GB7407、JJG884、ASTMD785
Steps
1. Select the appropriate ruler, indenter, and test force according to the sample.
2. Place the sample on the test bench to ensure that the test surface is clean and flat.
3. Adjust the instrument so that the indenter is in contact with the surface of the sample, and perform dial zeroing.
4. Start the automatic loading and unloading test force program, and the instrument automatically completes the loading, loading and unloading process.
5. Read and record the Hardness value on the LCD screen.
Notice
Please read the product instruction manual carefully before use.
Make sure the power supply is AC220V +/- 5%, 50~ 60Hz.
Select the appropriate Rockwell scale, indenter, and test force according to the test material.
When testing plastic rockwell hardness, the total test force holding time should be set to 15 seconds.
● Regularly calibrate the instrument using a standard Hardness block to ensure test accuracy.
When the instrument is not in use, please cover it with a dust-proof plastic cover.
When replacing a bulb or fuse, please use the specified specifications (GY6-12A for instrument bulbs, 5x20 for fuses 0.5A).
Note that the maximum height of the specimen is 170mm, and the distance from the center of the indenter to the fuselage is 165mm.
● The instrument weight is 85Kg, please pay attention to safety when moving.
