Overview
GQ-DX101 fixed gas detector is a new type of detector developed by BOSEAN brand combined with many years of Gas detection experience. It is used to detect the concentration of flammability gas or toxic and harmful gas in the air. When the concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, sound and light alarm will be issued to remind to take safety measures in time to prevent explosion and poisoning accidents and ensure the safety of life and property. The product has the advantages of stable signal, high accuracy, rapid response, long life and short polarization time. It adopts industrial grade Sensor and explosion-proof structure design. It supports 4-20mA standard signal or directly enters the DOS system. It is widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, municipal and other industries. Principle
GQ-DX101 fixed gas detector detects the concentration of flammability gas or toxic and harmful gas in the air through Sensor. When the concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, the controller emits sound and light alarm to remind the user to take safety measures. The instrument adopts industrial grade Sensor to ensure detection accuracy and Response speed.

Steps
1. Install the detector at the designated location and install it with Wall-Mounted.
2. Connect the power supply to ensure DC 24V +/- 15%
3. Connect the signal output line, select three-wire 4~ 20mA or four-wire RS485
4. Wait for the polarization time after power on to ensure that the Sensor works normally
5. Set the alarm point parameters and adjust the preset value according to the gas type
6. Regularly check the working status of the detector to ensure that there is no malfunction

• Working ambient temperature range is -10~ 40 ℃, avoid using beyond this range
• Environmental humidity is 0~ 95% RH to ensure no condensation
• Pay attention to the front facing of the Sensor when installing to ensure good contact with the gas
• Power supply must be DC 24V +/- 15% to avoid voltage instability affecting performance
• Regular calibrating and maintenance to ensure detection accuracy and Reliability
• Avoid non-professional operations in flammable and explosive environments to prevent safety accidents
