Overview
GQ-DX101 Fixed Gas Detector is a new type of detector developed by BOSEAN brand combined with many years of Gas detection experience. It is used to detect the flammability gas or Miscellaneous toxic and harmful gas concentration in the air. When the concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, the controller will issue a sound and light alarm to remind to take safety measures in time to prevent explosion and poisoning accidents and protect life and property safety. The product has the advantages of stable signal, high accuracy, rapid response, long life and short polarization time. It adopts industrial grade Sensor and explosion-proof structure design, supports 4-20mA standard signal or directly enters the DOS system, and is widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, municipal and other industries.

Principle
Electrochemical sensor detects the gas concentration in the air. When the concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, the controller triggers the sound and light alarm to remind the user to take safety measures. The signal output is 3-wire 4~ 20mA or 4-wire RS485, which can be connected to the Control system.

Steps
1. Wall-Mounted detector.
2. Operating voltage DC24V +/- 10%.
3. The configuration signal output is 3-wire 4~ 20mA or 4-wire RS485.
4. Set the alarm point, for example, the ozone detection alarm point is 5ppm.
5. Start the equipment and monitor the gas concentration.

• Use ambient temperature range -20 ℃~ 50 ℃, Humidity 0-95% RH (no condensation).
• Power supply voltage DC24V +/- 10% to avoid overvoltage or undervoltage.
• When installing the Sensor face down to optimize gas contact.
• Regularly check explosion-proof and waterproof joints to prevent leakage.
• Avoid use in environments beyond the Measurement range, such as ozone Measurement range of 0~ 20ppm.
• Relay output is passive relay, full load Power does not exceed 1kW.
• Response Time is less than 30 seconds, and it needs to be dealt with in time after the alarm.
