Principle
The OSP-64/250 Applicator rod is formed through a production process to uniformly distribute liquid materials such as Spreader coatings and inks on the surface of the substrate to form an accurate 64 micron wet film thickness. Steps
1. Prepare substrate and coating samples for Spreader
2. Pour the paint evenly over one end of the substrate
3. Applicator rod in hand, placed at an appropriate angle in front of the paint
4. Push Applicator rod forward smoothly and evenly
5. After Spreader, clean Applicator rod for next use
