Principle
When the motor is running, the dial rod and dispersion disc are driven to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the negative pressure is generated in the ground body, which prompts the material to be sucked into the grinding cavity, and the high-density zirconia beads are constantly collided and rubbed, thereby reducing the particle size of the material and reducing the fineness.

Steps
1. Start the equipment and adjust to the required Rotation speed.
2. Adjust the basket position by manual or electric lifting device.
3. Set the grinding time to stop regularly.
4. Carry out solvent circulation cleaning after operation.
Notice
• Material viscosity should be ≤ 5000 cps (mPas).
• Pay attention to solvent volatilization during grinding and keep it relatively airtight.
• When the equipment is running, the water is chilled down to control the temperature rise.
• Non-standard customization requires detailed working condition data.
