Overview
The laboratory manual lift basket sand mill is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment, suitable for scientific research institutions and enterprises and institutions. Principle
When the laboratory manual lift basket sand mill motor is running, it drives the dial rod and dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the ground body generates negative pressure, which prompts the material to be forcibly sucked into the grinding cavity, and the high-density zirconia beads continue to collide and rub, so that the material particle size becomes smaller and the fineness is reduced.

Steps
1. Start the device and adjust the speed: Use the built-in frequency converter to control the start and Rotation speed.
2. Lifting operation: Select the manual or electric lifting device according to the configuration.
3. Material handling: The material collides and rubs with zirconia beads in the grinding cavity.
4. Chill down: Water chilling down Mixing Tank to control temperature rise.
5. Timing setting: According to the process setting, the grinding time is regularly stopped.
6. Cleaning and maintenance: Use solvent circulation to clean the grinding chamber and keep the equipment clean.
Notice
• Material viscosity should be controlled at ≤ 5000 cps (mPas).
• Ensure that the chilled down system works properly to control the temperature rise when the equipment is running.
• Use direct solvent circulation when cleaning to avoid clogging.
• When customizing non-standard equipment, it is necessary to provide detailed data on high temperature, high voltage, flammable, explosive, corrosion and other working conditions.
• Regularly check the abrasion of the grinding medium (zirconia beads) and replace it in time.
