Overview
Laboratory Electric Lifting Basket Grinder is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment, suitable for scientific research institutions and enterprises and institutions. The equipment can operate stably for a long time with low noise, and complete two production processes of dispersion and grinding at the same time, which can effectively reduce the fineness of medium and low viscosity materials in a short time.

1. Principle
When the motor of the laboratory electric lift basket sand mill is running, it drives the dial rod and the dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the negative pressure is generated in the ground body, which prompts the material to be forcibly sucked into the grinding cavity, and the collision and friction with the high-density zirconia beads continue to occur, so that the particle size of the material becomes smaller and the fineness is reduced.

Steps
1. Start the equipment and adjust the speed: Use an energy-saving inverter to control the start-up and speed regulation of the equipment.
2. Lifting operation: Select a manual or electric lifting device for lifting as required.
3. Set the grinding time: set the grinding time according to the process requirements to achieve regular shutdown.
4. Running ground: The equipment drives the lever and dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the material is sucked into the grinding cavity for dispersion and grinding.
5. Cleaning equipment: Use direct solvent circulation to clean the grinding chamber to ensure cleanliness.
Notice
The viscosity of the material should not exceed 5000 cps (mPas).
• When the equipment is running, the water is chilled down to control the temperature rise.
• If there are high temperature, high voltage, flammable, explosive, corrosion and other working conditions, detailed data needs to be provided for customization.
• Regularly check the separation plate and grinding medium to ensure no blockage and normal life.
