Overview
Lab Basket Grinder (Model: MXY-C2200-20F) is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment developed by MUXUAN brand for scientific research institutions and enterprises. The equipment can operate stably for a long time, with low noise, and complete two production processes of dispersion and grinding at the same time, which can effectively reduce the fineness of medium and low viscosity materials in a short time.
Features
1. High grinding efficiency, good product fineness: the highest Rotation speed 3000rpm, zirconia dial drive grinding medium high-speed collision friction, fineness up to 10um or less, liquid-liquid dispersion grinding up to sub-micron or even nano level; separation plate using CNC numerical control of the whole material processing, long life without clogging.
2. Easy to operate, easy to clean: its own energy-saving inverter to control the start and speed; configuration of manual or electric lifting device; grinding cavity is relatively closed, less solvent volatilization; unique design supports solvent circulation cleaning, the whole machine is made of stainless steel; can set the grinding time to stop regularly.
3. Small temperature rise, stable product: Mixing Tank with double-decked chill down jacket and mirror polishing, water chill down during operation, conventional temperature rise is less than 10 °; multiple barrels can be customized for easy use.

Principle
When the motor of the laboratory electric lift basket sand mill is running, it drives the dial rod and the dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the negative pressure is generated in the ground body, which prompts the material to be forcibly sucked into the grinding cavity, and the collision and friction with the high-density zirconia beads continue to occur, so that the particle size of the material becomes smaller and the fineness is reduced.

Steps
1. Start the equipment and adjust to the required Rotation speed.
2. Use the electric lifting device to adjust the position of the grinding basket.
3. The material is sucked into the ground cavity for dispersion and grinding.
4. Set the grinding time to stop regularly.
5. After completion, carry out solvent circulation cleaning.
Notice
• Material viscosity should be ≤ 5000 cps (mPas).
• The grinding medium uses zirconia beads with a particle size of 1.4~ 1.6mm.
• When the equipment is running, it needs to be cooled down by water to control the temperature rise.
• Non-standard customization needs to provide detailed data of high temperature, high voltage, flammable, explosive, corrosion and other working conditions.
