Overview
Lab Basket Grinder (Model MXY-C3000-10) is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment developed for scientific research institutions and enterprises. The equipment can operate stably for a long time, with low noise, and can complete two processes of dispersion and grinding at the same time, so as to effectively reduce the fineness of medium and low viscosity materials in a short time.
Features
1. High grinding efficiency, good product fineness: Rotation speed up to 3000rpm, powerful arc impeller kinetic energy drive, so that the fineness of grinding can generally reach 10um or less, liquid-liquid dispersion grinding can reach sub-micron or even nano level. The separation plate is processed by CNC numerical control of the whole material, and the life is long without blockage.

Easy to operate, easy to clean: its own energy-saving inverter, can directly control the start and speed of the equipment; configuration of electric lifting device; can achieve relatively closed ground, less solvent volatilization; unique design of grinding cavity, can directly solvent cycle cleaning; The whole machine is designed with stainless steel, easy to clean; can be set according to the process of grinding time long time stop.
3. Small temperature rise and stable product: the batching barrel is double-decked chill down jacket, and the barrel is mirror polished; the water is cooled down during the operation of the equipment, and the conventional temperature rise is less than 10 °; multiple matching barrels of the same model can be customized, which is convenient to use.
4. Strong non-standard: lifting form is electric lifting; non-standard customized explosion-proof type; material contact parts can be made of SS304, SS316L material; can be customized according to high temperature, high voltage, flammable, explosive, corrosion and other special working conditions.
Principle
When the motor of the laboratory electric lift basket sand mill is running, the dial rod and dispersion disc are driven to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the negative pressure is generated in the ground, which prompts the material to be forcibly sucked into the grinding cavity. The material collides and rubs with the high-density zirconia beads in the grinding cavity, so that the particle size of the material becomes smaller and the fineness is reduced.
