Overview
Laboratory Electric Lifting Basket Grinder is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment developed for scientific research institutions and enterprises. The equipment can operate stably for a long time, with low noise, and can complete two processes of dispersion and grinding at the same time, effectively reducing the fineness of medium and low viscosity materials in a short time.

Principle
When the equipment motor is running, it drives the dial rod and dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the negative pressure is generated in the ground body, which prompts the material to be forcibly sucked into the grinding cavity. The material collides and rubs with high-density zirconia beads in the cavity, which makes the material particle size smaller and fineness lower.
Applications
Interior-wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspensions and other materials with high fineness requirements
Steps
1. Prepare the material and grinding medium (zirconia beads, particle size 1.4~ 1.6mm) according to the material viscosity (≤ 5000 cps) and fineness requirements.
2. Put the material and grinding medium into the grinding basket, and put the barrel (volume 10L) in place.
3. Use the device's own inverter to start the device, and adjust the speed within the range of 0 to 3000rpm according to the process requirements.
4. Adjust the position of the grinding basket through the electric lifting device and start grinding.
5. The grinding time can be set to realize regular automatic shutdown.
6. After the grinding, the unique design of the grinding chamber is used for direct solvent circulation cleaning.
Notice
• This equipment is suitable for working conditions with material viscosity ≤ 5000 cps.
• Zirconia beads with a particle size of 1.4 to 1.6 mm are recommended for grinding media.
• When the equipment is running, it is recommended to chill down the barrel with double-decked chill down jacket to control the temperature rise.
• When cleaning, the direct solvent circulation method designed by the equipment can be used.
• For special working conditions such as high temperature, high voltage, flammable, explosive, corrosion, etc., detailed data needs to be provided for non-standard customization.
• Material contact parts (such as SS304, SS316L), lift Travel, sand grinding basket effective volume, etc. can be customized according to customer requirements.
