Overview
Lab Basket Grinder (Model: MXY-C3000-20) is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment developed by MUXUAN brand for scientific research institutions and enterprises. The equipment can operate stably for a long time, with low noise, and can complete both dispersion and grinding processes at the same time, effectively reducing the fineness of medium and low viscosity materials in a short time.
Features
1. High grinding efficiency, good product fineness: Rotation speed up to 3000rpm, arc impeller drive and zirconia lever make the grinding medium high-speed collision, friction, fineness of grinding generally up to 10um or less, liquid-liquid dispersion up to sub-micron or even nano-scale; separation plate using CNC processing of the whole material, long life.
2. Easy to operate and easy to clean: equipped with energy-saving inverter to control start-stop and speed regulation; optional manual or electric lifting device; can achieve relatively closed grinding, reduce solvent volatilization; grinding cavity design is unique, support direct solvent circulation cleaning; the whole machine stainless steel design, beautiful and easy to clean; can be set to grind long time regular shutdown.
3. Small temperature rise, stable product: barrel with double-decked chill down jacket and mirror polishing, running through water chill down, conventional temperature rise is less than 10 ℃; can customize multiple barrels of the same type, easy to use and color difference control.
4. Strong non-standard: lifting form is electric; non-standard customized explosion-proof type; material contact parts can be selected SS304, SS316L material; can be tailored according to high temperature, high voltage, flammable, explosive, corrosion and other special working conditions.
Principle
When the equipment motor is running, it drives the dial rod and dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the negative pressure is generated in the ground, which prompts the material to be forcibly sucked into the grinding cavity. The material collides and rubs with high-density zirconia beads in the cavity, so that the particle size of the material becomes smaller and the fineness is reduced.
Applications
It is suitable for materials with high fineness requirements, such as interior-wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspension agents, etc.
