Overview
Laboratory Electric Lifting Basket Grinder is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment suitable for scientific research institutions and enterprises. The equipment can operate stably for a long time, with low noise, and can complete both dispersion and grinding processes at the same time, so as to effectively reduce the fineness of medium and low viscosity materials in a short time.

Principle
When the equipment motor is running, it drives the dial rod and dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the negative pressure is generated in the ground body, which prompts the material to be forcibly sucked into the ground cavity. The material collides and rubs with high-density zirconia beads in the cavity, thereby reducing the particle size and fineness of the material.
Applications
Interior-wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspensions and other materials with high fineness requirements
Steps
1. According to the material viscosity (≤ 5000 cps) and fineness requirements, select the appropriate equipment model and grinding medium (zirconia beads, particle size 1.4~ 1.6mm).
2. Place the material in a double-decked chilled down jacket.
3. Start the device through the inverter that comes with the device, and adjust the Rotation speed (0~ 3000rpm) according to the process requirements.
4. Use the electric lifting device to adjust the position of the grinding basket and start grinding. The material is sucked into the grinding cavity under the action of negative pressure, and collides and rubs with the zirconia beads.
5. During the grinding process, water can be cooled down to control the temperature rise.
6. The grinding time can be set according to the process, and the equipment will automatically stop after the time is reached.
7. After grinding, the unique design of the grinding chamber can be used for direct solvent circulation cleaning.
Notice
This equipment is suitable for working conditions with material viscosity ≤ 5000 cps.
* The grinding medium is zirconia beads, Particle size range is 1.4~ 1.6mm.
* When the equipment is running, it is recommended to pass water to the double-decked chill down jacket of the barrel to control the temperature rise.
* When cleaning, the direct solvent circulation method designed by the equipment can be used for cleaning.
