Principle
When the equipment motor is running, it drives the dial rod and dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the negative pressure is generated in the ground, which prompts the material to be forcibly sucked into the grinding cavity. The material collides and rubs with high-density zirconia beads in the cavity, so that the particle size of the material becomes smaller and the fineness is reduced.
Applications
Interior-wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspensions and other materials with high fineness requirements
Steps
1. Set the grinding time according to the process requirements.
2. Start the device and adjust to the required Rotation speed through the frequency converter.
3. Use the electric lifting device to adjust the position of the grinding basket.
4. The material is sucked into the grinding chamber under negative pressure for dispersion grinding.
5. Stop regularly after the grinding is completed.
6. Use solvent to circulate and clean the grinding chamber.
Notice
* Applicable material viscosity should be ≤ 5000 cps (mPas).
* The grinding medium is zirconia beads with a particle size of 1.4~ 1.6mm.
* When the equipment is running, it is recommended to chill down the barrel with double-decked chill down jacket to control the temperature rise.
* When cleaning, the unique design of the grinding chamber can be used for direct solvent circulation cleaning.
* If you need to use it under special working conditions such as high temperature, high voltage, flammable, explosive, corrosion, etc., you need to provide detailed data for non-standard customization.
