Principle
When the motor of the laboratory electric lift basket sand mill is running, it drives the dial rod and the dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the negative pressure is generated in the ground, which prompts the material to be forcibly sucked into the grinding cavity, and the high-density zirconia beads in the grinding cavity continue to collide and rub, so that the particle size of the material becomes smaller and the fineness is reduced.

Steps
1. Set the grinding time according to the process requirements.
2. Start the equipment and control the equipment Rotation speed through the frequency converter.

4. The material is sucked into the grinding chamber under negative pressure, and collides and rubs with zirconia beads.
5. Stop regularly after the grinding is completed.

* The grinding medium is zirconia beads with a particle size of 1.4~ 1.6mm.
* When the equipment is running, it is recommended to chill down the barrel with double-decked chill down jacket to control the temperature rise.
* When cleaning, the unique design of the grinding chamber can be used for direct solvent circulation cleaning.
