Principle
When the equipment is running, the motor drives the lever and dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, generating negative pressure in the ground and sucking the material into the grinding cavity. The material and the high-density zirconia beads in the cavity continue to collide and rub, thereby reducing the particle size and fineness of the material.
Applications
Interior-wall latex paint, industrial paint, wood paint, various colorants, water-based oily inks, pesticide suspensions and other materials with high fineness requirements.

Steps
1. Prepare materials according to material viscosity (≤ 5000 cps) and fineness requirements.
2. Put the material into the barrel (volume 40L), and add chilled down water to the jacket as needed.
3. Start the device through the frequency converter and adjust the Rotation speed to the desired range (0-3000rpm).
4. Use the electric lifting device to adjust the position of the grinding basket (effective volume 1.5L) and start grinding.
5. The grinding time can be set according to the process requirements to realize regular automatic shutdown.
6. After grinding, use solvent to clean the grinding chamber.
Notice
This equipment is suitable for working conditions with material viscosity ≤ 5000 cps.
* Zirconia beads with a particle size of 1.4 to 1.6 mm are recommended for grinding media.
* When the equipment is running, ensure the normal supply of chilled down water to control the temperature rise.
