Overview
Lab Basket Grinder (Model: MXY-C4000-30F) is an economical wet dispersion grinding equipment developed for scientific research institutions and enterprises. The equipment can operate stably for a long time, with low noise, and can complete both dispersion and grinding processes at the same time, so as to effectively reduce the fineness of medium and low viscosity materials in a short time.

1. High grinding efficiency, good product fineness: The highest Rotation speed can reach 3000rpm, powerful arc impeller kinetic energy drive, so that the grinding medium high-speed collision, friction, fineness of grinding can generally reach 10um or less, liquid-liquid dispersion grinding can reach sub-micron or even nano level. The separation plate is processed with CNC numerical control of the whole material, which has a long life without blockage.

Principle
When the equipment motor is running, it drives the dial rod and dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the negative pressure is generated in the ground, which prompts the material to be forcibly sucked into the ground cavity. The material and the high-density zirconia beads in the ground cavity continue to collide and rub, so that the material particle size becomes smaller and the fineness is reduced.
