Principle
When the motor of the laboratory electric lift basket sand mill is running, it drives the dial rod and the dispersion disc to swirl/spin at high speed, so that the negative pressure is generated in the ground body, which prompts the material to be forcibly sucked into the grinding cavity, and the collision and friction with the high-density zirconia beads continue to occur, so that the particle size of the material becomes smaller and the fineness is reduced.

Steps
1. Start the equipment and adjust to the required Rotation speed.
2. Adjust the basket position through the electric lifting device.
3. Set the grinding time to stop regularly.
4. Perform solvent circulation cleaning after grinding.
Notice
• Material viscosity should be ≤ 5000 cps (mPas).
• Grinding medium is zirconia beads, particle size 1.4~ 1.6mm.
• The equipment is non-explosion-proof, and it needs to be customized if there are flammable and explosive working conditions.
• Water chilled down during operation to control temperature rise.
• Use solvent circulation when cleaning.
