Overview
Laboratory homogenization Mulser is a laboratory equipment designed for laboratory micro-experiments. By means of mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, so that one phase is evenly distributed to another or more phases, achieving the effect of refining homogenization and dispersion emulsification, thereby forming a stable state of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid dispersion system. Can be equipped with a variety of different specifications of working heads.

Principle
The laboratory homogeneous Mulser's powerful motor performs high-speed swirl/spin to form a vacuum between the rotation and stator, and the material is sucked from the upper and bottom of the rotation and stator. Powerful kinetic energy causes the rotor to generate extremely high linear velocity, so that the material is sent out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing between the rotation and stator gaps. Under the action of a variety of different directional forces, a strong turbulent flow is generated. The material is repeatedly depolymerized, dispersed, homogenized, refined, and shearing for a certain period of time under an appropriate amount of emulsifying agent and mature technology to produce a stable emulsion.
Applications
Dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials in biological, food, coatings, inks, Spinning & weaving additives, cosmetics, lubricating oils, pesticides and other industries. Applicable materials include solids and liquids, the process of mixing liquids and liquids to form solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions, such as juices, soups, dairy products, tissue homogenizers, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifying agents, oilfield chemicals and more than a thousand other materials.
Steps
1. Select the appropriate working head specification (28G or 36G) according to the material viscosity.
2. Ensure the minimum immersion liquid height: 50mm for 28G and 60mm for 36G; maximum immersion liquid height: 150mm for 28G and 160mm for 36G.
3. Connect the power supply (AC220V 50/60Hz) and turn on the device.
4. Use the stepless speed regulation function to adjust the Rotation speed within the range of 300~ 18000rpm.
5. Rotation speed dynamic display monitoring, dispersion, emulsification, homogenization and other operations.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the equipment and clean the work head.
Notice
The viscosity of the material shall not exceed the maximum processing viscosity: 28G is 6000cp, 36G is 8000cp.
• Permissible Ambient Temperature not exceeding 120 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 80%.
• Ensure that the working head immersion height is within the minimum and maximum limits during operation.
The equipment has an overload protection function, but it is necessary to avoid long-term overload operation.
• Clean the working head in time after use to prevent material residues from affecting performance.
