Overview
The laboratory homogeneous Mulser XR-C200S is a device designed for laboratory micro-experiments. By mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, and one phase is evenly distributed to another or more phases to achieve the effect of refining homogeneity and dispersion emulsification, thereby forming a stable dispersion system. The equipment can be equipped with a variety of different specifications of working heads, which is suitable for the processing of small batches, high temperature, medium viscosity and above materials.

Principle
Laboratory homogenization Mulser through a strong motor high-speed swirl/spin, so that a vacuum is formed between the rotor and the stator, and the material is sucked from the upper and bottom of the rotor and stator. The rotor produces an extremely high linear speed, so that the material passes through a strong impact, crush, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing between the rotor and stator gaps, and then flies out, generating strong turbulence under the action of a variety of different directional forces. The material is repeated for a certain period of time under an appropriate amount of emulsifying agent and mature process to achieve depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing, and finally produce a stable emulsion.
Applications
Dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials in the biological, food, Coating, inks, Spinning & weaving aids, cosmetics, lubricating oils, pesticides and other industries. Applicable materials include the process of mixing solids and liquids, liquids and liquids to form solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions, such as juices, soups, dairy products, tissue homogenizers, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifying agents, oilfield chemicals, etc.
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate working head specification (such as G1218) according to the material viscosity and Processing capacity.
Make sure that the height of the working head immersed in the liquid is within the minimum and maximum allowable range (e.g. 25/85mm or 30/120mm for G1218).
3. Connect the power supply (AC220V 50/60Hz).
4. Set the required Rotation speed (300~ 18000rpm) through the stepless speed control knob.
5. Start the equipment to perform operations such as material dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the power supply and clean the working head.
Notice
• Material viscosity must meet equipment requirements (e.g. G1218 working head is suitable for viscosity range ≤ 2000 cp).
• The height of the working head immersed in the liquid should be within the specified range to avoid idling or immersion too deep.
• Ambient Temperature shall not exceed 120 ° C and relative humidity shall not exceed 80%.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage is consistent with the equipment requirements.
• When the device is running, do not touch the swirl/spin parts to ensure safety.
• Select the appropriate stator head for interchange according to the process requirements.
• Regularly check the working head and bearing condition to ensure normal operation.
