Overview
BOZHEN 101-0A digital blast drying oven is a Benchtop equipment, suitable for drying, baking wax melting, heat treatment and Miscellaneous heating in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc. Not suitable for drying flammable and explosive items.

11. Sensor adopts PT100 platinum resistor, and the heating method is to heat the bottom of the resistance wire.
Principle
The equipment is heated by a resistance wire placed at the bottom of the box, and the generated heat is discharged forward through the air duct designed on the side to form a reasonable air circulation channel. The built-in blower promotes the full convection of hot air in the box, and combines the adjustable inlet trend and exhaust port to control the air exchange, so that the temperature in the box is as uniform as possible. The temperature control system detects the temperature through the PT100 Platinum Resistance Sensor, and is automatically adjusted by a precision digital temperature control instrument to achieve stable thermostatic control of the set temperature.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply of the device.
2. Set the required temperature through a digital temperature control instrument.
3. Adjust the height and number of shelves in the studio as needed.
4. The air exchange in the box can be adjusted through the adjustable inlet trend and the top exhaust port.
5, close the door, the equipment will automatically heat and thermostatic operation.
6. Observe the internal sample changes through the tempered Glass door observation window.
7. After use, turn off the power.
Notice
• This equipment is not suitable for drying flammable and explosive materials to avoid explosion.
• Do not directly touch the heating parts and the inner wall of the box when the equipment is running or at high temperatures.
When placing the sample, make sure that the internal air duct is not blocked to ensure temperature uniformity.
• When adjusting the shelf, please pay attention to safety and avoid scratches.
• When cleaning the liner, wait until the equipment is completely chilled down.
• Do not disassemble or modify the internal structure of the equipment at will.
