Overview
BOZHEN BZH-8-10 ash determination muffle furnace is a new generation of energy-saving intelligent products with high performance mechatronics. It is mainly used for the determination of plastic glass fiber and Miscellaneous content. It is a satisfactory equipment for plastic processing, production enterprises, scientific research departments, and universities. Features
1. Using domestic professional technology, the furnace shell is made of good steel plate by folding welding and drawing, and the control box and the furnace body are integrated in structure, with beautiful appearance and easy installation.
2. The inner lining is a rectangular overall lining made of high aluminum and silicon carbide refractory materials, and the heating element is a helical resistance wire wound with iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire, heated up, down, left, right, 4-sided.
3. The furnace is a sealing structure, using refractory fiber aluminum silicate cotton and diatomaceous earth products to build the thermal insulation layer, and the thermal insulation effect is good.

Principle
The muffle furnace adopts the industrial PID self-tuning control technology through the microcomputer intelligent control system, and automatically controls the power output of the heating element according to the set temperature and time parameters. The heating element (high temperature resistance wire) is energized to heat the furnace evenly. The system uses K-indexed Thermocouple to measure the temperature in the furnace in real time and feed it back to the controller. The controller precisely adjusts the heating state through the PID algorithm to achieve fast, stable and accurate heating and thermostatic control, thereby completing the ash determination process of the sample.

Steps
1. Connect the 380V 50Hz power supply.
2. Set the required operating temperature, thermostatic time and other parameters through the controller under the furnace body.
3. Put the sample to be tested into the furnace and close the furnace door.
4. Start the equipment, and the muffle furnace starts to heat up and run according to the set program.
5. Start thermostatic timing after reaching the set temperature, and the device will automatically stop when the thermostatic time arrives.
6. After the furnace temperature is naturally chilled down to a safe range, open the furnace door and take out the sample.
Notice
Equipment should be placed on a stable countertop to ensure good ventilation.
• Before starting, please confirm that the Power frequency is 380V and grounded reliably.
• Do not heat flammable, explosive and corrosive gases in the furnace.
The set temperature must not exceed the maximum temperature of the equipment by 1000 degrees Celsius.
• Do not touch the furnace body during equipment operation and high temperature to prevent burns.
• Special tools should be used when taking samples and wearing High Temperature Protective Gloves.
• When the equipment is running, the over-temperature protection function will work. In case of abnormal alarm, please check it in time.
• Regularly check whether the terminals are fastened and whether the furnace is clean.
The weight of the equipment is about 120KG, so pay attention to safety when moving.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal electrical components of the equipment.
