Principle
The resistance furnace adopts industrial PID self-tuning control technology through a microcomputer intelligent Control system, and the meter controls the heating output by itself after setting the temperature. The heating element is a helical resistance wire made of iron-nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy wire, which is passed through the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left and right of the inner furnace lining to achieve 4-sided heating. Temperature measurement is monitored by K-indexed nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon Thermocouple entering from the back and top of the furnace body. Control system adjusts PID according to the difference between the set value and the actual temperature to maintain thermostatic operation.
