BOZHEN BZ-12-12TC Pottery and porcelain fibre muffle furnace is a laboratory cycle heater. Pottery and porcelain fibre furnace and multi-faceted heating element are used. The product has the characteristics of fast heating speed, uniform temperature distribution and significant energy saving. The energy saving rate reaches 40%. It has been tested to meet the national C-class furnace standard and can improve the experimental environment.

Principle
The muffle furnace automatically controls the heating and thermostatic process according to the set program (up to 30 segments) through the microcomputer intelligent control system and the PID adjustment method. The heating element (nickel-chrome wire) is heated on multiple sides in the Pottery and porcelain fiber furnace. Thermocouple monitors the furnace temperature in real time and feeds back to the control system to achieve accurate and stable temperature control.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V 50Hz).
2. Control the temperature program required by the instrument setting through the LCD program (up to 30 segments).
3, start the equipment, the system will automatically control the heating, heating and thermostatic process.
4. After the experiment is completed, the equipment is programmed to stop heating or manually shut down.
Notice
• The power supply of the device is 380V, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Please pay attention to the over-temperature alarm prompt during operation, and the over-temperature protection will automatically cut off the heating.
• The equipment will stop heating when opening the door, please pay attention to safety.
• Do not use the equipment forcibly in the fault alarm state.

• Thermocouple is located above the back of the furnace body, and the terminal is located below the back. Please note that the connection is correct.
