BOZHEN BZ - 2.5-10 TC Pottery and porcelain fiber muffle furnace is an integrated program temperature control muffle furnace using Pottery and porcelain fiber furnace, which is a periodic operating heater. The heating element adopts multi-sided heating, and the temperature distribution in the furnace cavity is good. It has the characteristics of fast heating speed, significant energy saving, high working efficiency, and can improve the experimental environment, and the energy saving rate is up to 40%.

Principle
Through the built-in PID adjustment control system, the muffle furnace automatically controls the high temperature resistance wire for multi-sided heating according to the temperature signal measured by the K-indexed Ni-Cr-Ni-Si Thermocouple. The system supports full-scale programmable setting, which can realize automatic heating and thermostatic control of 30 programs to ensure uniform and stable temperature in the furnace.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Control the temperature program required by the instrument setting through the LCD program (supports 30-segment programming).
3. Start the device, and the system will automatically control the heating element to heat up to the set temperature and keep it thermostatic.
4. After the experiment is completed, the equipment can be programmed to stop heating or manually shut down.
Notice
• When the equipment is running, do not open the furnace door at will to prevent high temperature burns and trigger safety protection (open the door to stop heating).
• Pay attention to the equipment alarm prompt (fault or overtemperature) and deal with it in time.
• Power frequency meets equipment requirements (220V 50Hz).
The equipment is relatively heavy (about 40KG), so it is necessary to pay attention to safety when moving and installing.
