Principle
The product is controlled by a high-performance single-chip microprocessor. The mass signal is converted into an electrical signal through the Sensor, and the weighing result is displayed after processing by the microprocessor. It has dynamic temperature compensation and automatic zero tracking function to cope with changes in the environment and ensure the accuracy and Stability of weighing.
Applications
Industrial and mining enterprises, research institutions, Universities & colleges, Gold & Jewelry sector
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable table and turn on the power supply.
2. Turn it on and warm up, wait for Balance self-test and return to zero stably.
3. Perform full-scale automatic correction as required (if the product supports and prompts).
4. Place the item to be weighed gently in the center of the pan.
5. Read the weighing result after the displayed value is stable.
6. If you need to peel, place the container on the pan, press the "peel" button to return to zero and then add the sample.
7. After weighing, remove the items and clean the pan.
8. Output data can be connected to external devices through the RS232 interface.
Notice
• Please use Balance on a stable, vibration-free water platform away from airflow and heat sources.
• Avoid use in environments with direct sunlight, high temperatures, high humidity or corrosive gases.
• When weighing items, handle them with care to avoid impact pans. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
• Keep the pan clean to prevent sample residue from affecting weighing accuracy.
• Regularly calibrate to ensure weighing accuracy.
• If there is an overload alarm, please remove the overweight items immediately.
• Clean days, please disconnect the power supply, wipe with a soft dry cloth, and avoid the use of chemical solvents.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
