Principle
The instrument precisely controls the temperature of the water bath through its built-in heating system to heat the sample at a stable rate. The digital Optical inspection Sensor monitors the sample status in real time and transmits the digitalization of the whole process to the computer. The intelligent analysis software automatically determines the melting point of the oil according to the preset algorithm to complete the determination.

Steps
1. Turn it on and the instrument automatically warms up to the set initial temperature.
2. Prepare samples and load them into capillary tubing.
3. Put the sample into the instrument.
4. Set the parameters through the software and start the experiment.
5. The instrument automatically heats, monitors and judges the melting point.
6. After the experiment is completed, the software automatically generates a report.
7. Playback the video to observe the experimental details.
Notice
Please ensure that the instrument power supply is connected correctly (AC 220V) before the experiment.
* Use the specified double opening capillary tubing (outer diameter φ 1.4mm, inner diameter φ 1.0mm, length 100mm).
Pay attention to the storage space of the SD card. If there is insufficient space, please transfer or empty the data in time.
* When cleaning the water bath, please handle the Glass parts carefully.
* Do not operate outside the temperature range specified by the instrument (room temperature~ 100 ° C).
