Overview
YIHENG BPG-9100AH high temperature blast drying oven is a laboratory equipment with Pottery and porcelain fiber liner. Temperature range is RT + 20 ℃ to 400 ℃. Its liner size is 450 × 450 × 450mm, the volume is 100L, and the power is 4050W.
Features
1. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners semicircular arc transition, shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, easy to clean.
2. Adopt the new P.I.D fuzzy logic processing controller for fast, accurate and stable temperature control.
3. Pottery and porcelain fiber are used for the door seal, which is resistant to high temperature and has a long service life.
4. A total of 63 steps can be programmed for 7 groups, 9 steps per group, and the setting time is 0~ 5999 minutes. Support preset switch time, and the speed of the circulating fan is adjustable.
5. Multi-stage programmable control, menu-style operation interface, simplifies complex experimental processes, and realizes automatic control.
6. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system (optional), overheating automatically interrupts to ensure experimental safety.
7. Optional printer or RS485 interface can be used to connect a printer or computer to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through the built-in heating element, and is forced by the circulating fan to circulate the hot air evenly in the box, so as to realize the rapid and uniform heating and drying of the sample. Its core control system uses P.I.D fuzzy logic processing technology to precisely adjust the Heating power to ensure that the temperature quickly reaches the set value and remains stable.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, time and program steps through the menu-type operation interface.
3. Place the sample and start the device.
4. The device will automatically run according to the preset program. After reaching the set time or temperature, it can automatically stop or enter the next program segment.
5. After the experiment, remove the sample and turn off the power.

• The working environment temperature of the equipment is recommended to be between RT + 5 and 40 ° C.
• Power supply voltage AC380V 50HZ to match equipment requirements.
