Principle
The furnace generates heat through a resistance wire heating element. The temperature in the furnace is monitored in real time by a K-type Thermocouple, and the signal is fed back to a 30-stage programmed temperature control system. The temperature control system precisely adjusts the Heating power to achieve the set heating, holding and cooling procedures. The double-decked furnace shell structure and air-cooled circulation system help to dissipate heat and keep the furnace surface temperature within a safe range.
