Overview
YIHENG BSX2-6-12TP programmable box type resistance furnace is a new generation of box type resistance furnace, integrating the company's many years of successful experience in resistance furnace research and development and manufacturing, introducing and digesting foreign professional technology, guided by foreign demand customers, and continuous technological innovation. With programmable control function, temperature, time and heating rate can be programmed; aluminum silicate ceramic fiber furnace, the furnace body adopts double-decked structure design, and is equipped with a chill down fan. The surface of the furnace body is close to normal temperature during use.

Principle
The resistance furnace uses a microcomputer program to control temperature, time and heating rate, and realizes automatic control through preset multi-stage programs. The aluminum silicate ceramic fiber furnace and the iron-chromium-aluminum electrothermal alloy wire heating workpiece provide rapid heating, and the double-decked furnace structure cooperates with a chill down fan to keep the surface temperature close to normal temperature to ensure efficient and safe operation.

Steps
1. Preset program: Use the programmable controller to preset the temperature, time and heating rate program, and can set up to 7 sets of 63 steps.
2. Start operation: start the resistance furnace, and the microcomputer program automatically controls the heating process.
3. Monitoring process: monitor the temperature and time through the controller, and prompt sound and light alarms when abnormal.
4. End operation: After the program is completed, the resistance furnace automatically stops or manually shuts down.
Notice
● Check whether the Power supply voltage is AC220V 50Hz before use to avoid voltage mismatch.
● Ensure that there is no debris in the furnace to prevent affecting the heating effect and safety.
Pay attention to the door switch controller during operation to avoid abnormalities caused by the door not being closed tightly.
Regularly check the over-temperature protector and alarm function to ensure that the safety device is functioning properly.
● Avoid overheating, the maximum temperature does not exceed 1200 ℃, Temperature range ≤ 1100 ℃.
● Pay attention to the surface temperature of the furnace body during use, although there is a chilling down fan, it is still necessary to prevent burns.
● Stop operation immediately when abnormal alarm, check heating device, temperature sensor and other components.
