Overview
YIHENG BSX2-5-12TP programmable box type resistance furnace is a new generation of box type resistance furnace, integrating the company's many years of successful experience in resistance furnace research and development and manufacturing, introducing and digesting foreign professional technology, guided by foreign demand customers, and continuous technological innovation. With programmable control function, temperature, time and heating rate can be programmed; using aluminum silicate ceramic fiber furnace, the furnace body adopts double-decked structure design, and is equipped with a chill down fan. During use, the surface of the furnace body is close to normal temperature.
Features
1. Humanized design: The aluminum silicate ceramic fiber furnace has the characteristics of light weight, fast heating speed, energy saving and time saving; the box wall and furnace body are designed with double-decked structure, equipped with a chill down fan, and the surface temperature of the box is close to normal temperature; the microcomputer temperature program controller is accurate and reliable.
2. Multi-stage programmable controller: Microcomputer program controls temperature, time, and heating speed, etc., to quickly perform sintering tests; 7 sets of 63 steps can be preset, each set of 9 steps, and each set time is 0 to 5999 minutes; multi-stage programmable control realizes automatic control and operation.
3. Safety function: with over-temperature protector, door switch controller, chilling down fan on the surface of the box and abnormal alarm function of resistance furnace (heating failure, temperature sensor failure, abnormal memory content, abnormal over-temperature), and sound and light alarm prompt the operator to ensure safe operation.
4. Energy-saving design: comprehensive safety performance design to prevent high energy consumption, the furnace body adopts double-decked structure and is equipped with a chill down fan, and the furnace body is close to normal temperature during use.
Principle
The resistance furnace implements multi-stage programmable control through a microcomputer program controller, presets parameters such as temperature, time and heating rate, and automatically executes the sintering program. The aluminum silicate ceramic fiber furnace and the iron-chrome-aluminum electrothermal alloy wire heating workpiece, combined with double-decked furnace body structure and chill down fan, ensure efficient heating and surface temperature control.

Steps
1. Preset program: Set parameters such as temperature, time and heating rate through the microcomputer program controller, and 7 sets of 63-step programs can be preset.
2. Start operation: Start the resistance furnace and automatically execute the preset program for heating and sintering.
3. Monitoring process: Observe the operating status of the furnace body and pay attention to abnormal alarm prompts.
4. End operation: After the program is completed, turn off the device.
Notice
• Pay attention to the normal working state of the over-temperature protector and door switch controller.
• When there is a heating failure, temperature sensor failure, abnormal memory content or abnormal overtemperature, deal with the sound and light alarm in time.
• Power supply voltage AC220V 50Hz to avoid overload.
• Keep the furnace body ventilated during use to prevent overheating.
• Regularly check the chilling down fan function to ensure furnace surface temperature control.
