The BENTING CSX-5-12 resistance furnace is an all-in-one design of laboratory heating equipment with a closed aluminum silicate furnace and lightweight insulation bricks to ensure full use of heat up to 1200 ° C for a variety of heat treatment applications.

Principle
The resistance furnace generates heat through the nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy heating wire, and adopts the three-sided heating method to heat up in stages. The PID microcomputer controller and the K-type Thermocouple Sensor combine to precisely control the temperature to achieve a stable heat treatment process.

Steps
1. Use the touch of four buttons to set the temperature
2. Select the operation mode: fixed value operation, regular operation or automatic stop
3. Start the device and the system will heat up according to the set parameters
4. The timer can be set within the range of 0~ 9999 minutes

The equipment has an over-rise alarm function, so pay attention to temperature monitoring
