Overview
BENTING CSX2-4-12T resistance furnace (also known as box type resistance furnace) is a periodic operation heater, which can be used for chemical analysis, physical measurement and general heating of small steel parts in laboratories of industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research and other units.

Principle
The resistance furnace adopts microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller for precise temperature control, generates heat through the heating element, and the furnace body adopts refractory brick material and Pottery and porcelain fiber liner to provide good thermal insulation performance and realize the periodic operation heating function.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply
2. Set the temperature parameters through the LCD liquid crystal display (Temperature range: room temperature + 50~ 1200 ℃)
3. Set Timer Range (1~ 9999min)
4. Start the device to start heating
5. The equipment automatically runs according to the set program, with over-temperature alarm, regular shutdown and other functions
6. Manually open the door and take out the sample.

• Ambient Temperature should be kept within 5 ℃~ 40 ℃
• Sensor fault alarm, over-temperature alarm and other safety tips
• The equipment has safety functions such as independent over-lift preventer, independent over-temperature protector, and over-current trip protection
