Overview
YIHENG BSX2 - 2.5-12 TP programmable box type resistance furnace is a new generation of products, integrating the company's many years of R & D and manufacturing experience, introducing and digesting foreign professional technology, and constantly innovating based on customer demand. With programmable control function, temperature, time and heating rate can be programmed; using aluminum silicate ceramic fiber furnace, furnace body double-decked structure design and equipped with chill down fan, the surface of the furnace body is close to normal temperature during use.

Safety function: equipped with over-temperature protector, door switch controller, chilling down fan on the surface of the box and abnormal alarm function of resistance furnace (heating failure, temperature sensor failure, abnormal memory content, abnormal over-temperature), sound and light alarm prompt operator.
4. Energy-saving design: comprehensive safety performance design to prevent high energy consumption, double-decked furnace structure with a chilled down fan to make the furnace close to normal temperature.
Principle
The resistance furnace precisely controls the temperature, time and heating rate through a microcomputer program PID temperature controller, and realizes multi-stage programmable automatic operation. The iron-chromium-aluminum electric heating alloy wire is used for heating, and the aluminum silicate ceramic fiber furnace provides efficient heat conduction. The double-decked furnace body structure and the chill down fan ensure surface temperature control.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC220V 50Hz.
2. Preset the temperature, time and heating rate program through the microcomputer program controller (up to 7 sets of 63 steps).
3. Start the resistance furnace and automatically execute the preset program.
4. Monitor the running status and pay attention to the sound and light alarm prompts.
5. After the procedure is completed, wait for the furnace body to chill down.
Notice
● Power supply voltage check before use meets AC220V requirements.
Make sure the furnace door is tightly closed to avoid heat loss and safety risks.
Pay attention to the status of the over-temperature protector and alarm function, and deal with any abnormalities in a timely manner.
● Avoid over-temperature operation, Temperature range does not exceed 1100 ℃.
Do not touch the furnace during operation, even though the surface is close to normal temperature, it is still necessary to be cautious.
Maintain heating elements and temperature sensors regularly.
