Principle
The furnace uses a resistance wire as the heating element. The temperature in the furnace is monitored in real time through a K-type Thermocouple, and the signal is fed back to a 30-stage programmed temperature control system. The temperature control system precisely controls the power output of the heating element to achieve the set heating, holding and cooling procedures. The air-cooled circulation system between the double-decked furnace shells helps to dissipate heat and ensure that the furnace surface temperature is maintained within a safe range.

Steps
1. Check whether the Power supply voltage is 380V 50Hz and ensure that the equipment is well grounded.
2. Put the sample to be processed into the furnace (size: 500 * 300 * 300mm).
3. Close the furnace door and make sure the sealing is good.
4. Set the required temperature program (including heating rate, target temperature, holding time, etc.) on the 30-stage programmed temperature control system.
5. Start the heating program and the device starts to run according to the set program.
6. After the program runs, the furnace temperature can be naturally cooled down to a safe temperature before opening the furnace door to take out the sample.
