Overview
WZJ-II bending machine is a testing equipment specially used by YONGLIDA brand to determine the flexibility - T-Bend performance of color steel plate coatings. The equipment meets the requirements of NCCA "Standard" T "Bend Test Method". The thickness range of compressible steel plate and Aluminum Panel is 0.2~ 1.5mm, the weight of the whole machine is 50kg, and the Dimension is 300 * 300 * 190mm.

Principle
The WZJ-II bending machine conducts bending tests on color steel sheet coatings by mechanical bending, evaluates their flexibility and T-Bend performance, and ensures that the coatings will not have defects such as cracking and flaking during the bending process.

Steps
1. Prepare Color Steel Plate or Aluminum Panel Samples to be Tested

6. Evaluate coating flexibility based on test results
