Overview
The QCJ-120 Film Impact is a YONGLIDA brand product used to test the impact resistance of the film. The performance is evaluated by fixing the maximum height (in centimeters) of the mass hammer falling on the test plate without causing the film to break. The instrument Impact head Impact the test plate without secondary rebound phenomenon.
Features
1. Impact height of 120 cm, Division of 1 cm, high accuracy.
2. Drop weight mass 1000g, punch diameter φ 8mm, Impact depth 2mm to ensure test accuracy.
3. The aperture of the die base is φ 15mm, and the radius of curvature is R2.5~ 3mm, making the design reasonable.
4. No secondary rebound after impact to avoid interfering with test results.
Principle
The instrument freely falls the impact test plate from different heights with a fixed mass of weight to determine the maximum impact height that the paint film does not break, so as to evaluate the impact performance of the paint film. There is no secondary rebound after the impact head impacts the test plate to ensure the reliability of the test data.
Applications
Film impact resistance test
Standards
Determination of Impact Resistance of Paint Films GB/T 1732-1993
Steps
1. Prepare the test board and install it on the instrument.
2. Adjust the weight to the initial height.
3. Release the Heavy Hammer Impact Test Board.
4. Check whether the paint film is damaged, gradually increase the height, and test the repeability.
5. Record the maximum height that does not cause damage to the paint film.
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is accurately calibrated before use.
• Avoid the secondary rebound of the heavy hammer affecting the test.
• Strictly follow the standard operation steps.
• Impact head and die base abrasion are checked regularly.
