Overview
QCJ-120 film impact tester is used for film impact resistance test with a fixed mass of heavy hammer falling on the test plate without causing the film to break the maximum height of 120 cm. After the impact head of this instrument impacts the test plate, there is no secondary rebound phenomenon.
Features
1. Impact height up to 120 cm, Graduation is 1 cm; 2. Drop weight mass can be selected from 1000g or 2000g; 3. Punch diameter has φ 8mm and φ 16mm specifications; 4. Impact depth is accurately controlled to 2mm or 2.5mm; 5. Standardized design of die base aperture and curvature radius; 6. No secondary rebound phenomenon after Impact.
Principle
The weight with the hook is fixed at the specified height through the controller screw, and the height is determined by the coincidence of the sliding barrel scale and the positioning mark line. Press the compression spring of the control screw to align the round hole of the controller slider with the round hole of the upper and lower covers, and the hook peeling. The weight falls and strikes the punch rod, and the punch rod acts on the test plate. Then lift the weight and take out the test plate to observe the paint film.
Applications
Paint film impact resistance test, organic coating rapid deformation test, powder lame plating profile test
Standards
GB/T1732—93、GB/T5237.4-2000、ASTM D2794-92、GB/T 1732-1993
Steps
1. Fix the heavy hammer at the required height; 2. Place the test plate on the pillow pad block; 3. Press the control screw to release the heavy hammer; 4. Lift the heavy hammer to remove the test plate; 5. Observe the paint film test.
Notice
• Ensure that the weight mass meets the requirements; • Impact height needs to be precisely adjusted; • Test plate is placed smoothly; • Check the punch rod and test plate in time after operation; • Follow relevant safety standards.
