Overview
The QCJ-120 series film impact tester is a SHIBO brand product, which is used to determine the impact resistance of the film. It is expressed as the maximum height of 120 cm when the fixed mass heavy hammer falls on the test plate without causing the film to break. The instrument Impact head Impact test plate has no secondary rebound phenomenon.
Features
1. Impact height 120 cm, Division 1 cm, high accuracy
2. Hammer mass can be selected from 1000 grams or 2000 grams to meet different testing needs
3. Impact heads come in a variety of sizes, including 8mm and 16mm diameters
4. Precise control of impact depth, 2mm and 2.5mm respectively
5. No secondary rebound phenomenon, accurate and reliable test results
Principle
The weight with the hook is fixed at the required height through the controller screw, so that the scale line of the slide barrel coincides with the positioning mark line. Press the control screw to compress the controller spring, so that the control slider round hole is aligned with the upper and lower bottom round holes of the controller, and the hook peeling. The weight falls and strikes the punch rod, and the punch rod acts downward on the test plate on the pillow pad. Then lift the weight to take out the test plate and observe the paint film test.
Applications
Paint film impact resistance test, powder lame plating profile test, organic coating rapid deformation test
Standards
GB/T1732-93、GB/T5237.4-2000、ASTM D2794-92
Steps
1. Test plate placement: Place the test plate on the pillow pad block close to the concave hole, the paint film faces up, and the Impact point is not less than 15mm from the edge
2. Height setting: Loosen the controller screw, move the controller to make the positioning mark line coincide with the sliding barrel scale line, tighten the screw to fix
3. Test execution: Press the control screw to make the heavy hammer fall Impact test plate, lift the heavy hammer out of the test plate, use 4 times magnifying glass to observe the condition of the paint film
Notice
• Impact point of the test plate should be no less than 15mm from the edge
• Impact point edge spacing of not less than 15mm for multiple tests on the same test plate
• The specific test methods are subject to the relevant standards
• Clean and maintain the instrument in time after use
