Overview
The PUSHEN JTX-II architectural coatings Scrub Resistance Tester is an instrument for testing the surface resistance of materials such as Coatings, Wallpaper and Carpets. It can measure the scrubability and abrasion-related performance of materials by simulating abrasion and scratch experiments, and can be compared with a variety of tools such as brushes, scrub pads, sponges or cleaning cloths.
Features
1. Adopt double brush design to accelerate the simulation of "abrasion and scratching" experiment.
2. Equipped with a liquid delivery system, the scrubbing liquid can be delivered to the brush through a pump.
3. During the scrubbing process, the pump can be controlled to start and stop, and the liquid flow can be precisely adjusted.
4. Equipped with a 5-bit counter for easy recording of experiments.
Principle
The instrument drives two brushes through a motor to reciprocate scrubbing on the surface of the specimen at a speed of 37cpm and a stroke of 300mm. During the scrubbing process, the scrubbing liquid in the container can be transported to the brush by a pump to simulate the actual cleaning conditions. Evaluate the scrubbing performance of the material by controlling the number of scrubbing times and liquid flow.

Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and install it on the instrument.
2. Select the appropriate scrubbing tool (e.g. brush, scrubbing pad, etc.) according to the test requirements and install it.
3. Prepare the scrubbing liquid solution in the container.
4. Set the counter and start the liquid delivery pump as needed to adjust the flow.
5. Start the instrument and start the washable test.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the instrument, record the number of scrubbing times displayed by the counter, and evaluate the surface condition of the specimen.

• The power supply of the instrument is 220V AC 50HZ, please make sure the power supply matches.
