Overview
YONGLIDA QFS scrubbing resistance tester is a special instrument used to test the anti-scrubbing ability of painting surfaces. By simulating daily use or abrasion conditions, the repeability scrubbing test is carried out on samples such as interior and exterior architectural coatings, Wallpaper or carpets. The instrument is designed according to GB/T9266 standard, adopts soap-water circulation device, has a scientific structure and simple operation, can effectively measure the scrubbing and coating damage resistance performance, and has the characteristics of good Repeatability.
Features
1. Designed according to GB/T9266 standards to ensure test accuracy.
2. Use soap water circulation device to simulate real scruf environment.
3. Scientific structure, simple operation, easy for users to use.
4. Use two brushes to accelerate the simulated "abrasion and scratch" test.
5. Repeatability and Reliability.
Principle
The instrument performs a small-scale, repeability scrubbing of the specimen in a controlled state by brush, sponge or Miscellaneous methods to simulate damage caused by daily use or abrasion. During the scrubbing process, the brush reciprocates within 300mm Travel at a speed of 37 +/- 1cpm, combined with a soap-water circulation device to accelerate the simulated abrasion and scratch effects to evaluate the anti-scrubbing performance of the coating.
Applications
Interior and exterior architectural coatings, Wallpaper, Carpet
Steps
1. Prepare specimens, such as paint, Wallpaper or carpet samples.
2. Install the brush and set the scruf parameters (Travel 300mm, speed 37 +/- 1cpm).
3. Start the soap water circulation device.
4. Turn on the instrument for scruf test.
5. Record the number of scrufs through the counter.
6. Assess the damage resistance performance of the specimen after the test.
Notice
Make sure the power supply is 220V 50Hz to avoid voltage mismatch.
• The weight of the brush should be kept within the range of 450 +/- 2g and checked regularly.
• Make sure the scruf speed and Travel settings are correct before operation.
• Keep the soap water circulation device clean to prevent clogging.
• Pay attention to safety during the test and avoid contact with moving parts.
