Overview
The KSM-2 open sand mill is a small sand mill of the PUSHEN brand, specially designed for laboratories, suitable for paint, dyestuff, chemical and other industries. It is used to sand and grind dispersed liquid materials such as paints, inks, dyestuff, pigments, paints and magnetic tape coatings for crushing tests. The equipment can provide basic data for large-scale production and provide process basis for new product trial production or product mass upgrading.

Principle
The KSM-2 sand mill makes the material in the cylinder turn up and down violently through the high-speed swirl/spin of the blade disc (linear speed 10.5 m/s), and produces a strong impact and shear effect with the grinding medium. This mechanical action destroys the aggregated object and realizes the rapid dispersion and uniform mixing of the material.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V AC 50HZ.
2. Load the material to be processed into the barrel;
3. Start the equipment, the motor runs at 2800rpm Rotation speed;
4. Adjust the position through the lifting mechanism (Travel 40mm);
5. After the material is ground, it is discharged through the discharge filter plate (gap 0.5mm);
6. After completing the test, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
- Power supply voltage check before use 220V AC 50HZ requirements;
- Ensure that the equipment operates in a stable environment to avoid overload;
- Pay attention to safety during operation to prevent material splashing.
Regularly clean and maintain equipment, especially discharge filter plates and PTEF discs.
- Pay attention to the weight (50kg) when handling to avoid damage to the equipment.
