Overview
QFM Abradability tester is a YONGLIDA brand device for evaluating the sanding properties of undercoat and putty. This instrument is used to sanding undercoat and putty samples back and forth. The counter directly reads the sanding times, combined with the load weight and abrasion degree, can evaluate the sanding performance of undercoat and putty. The magnetic suction cup makes the sample easy to load and unload.

Principle
The instrument carries out linear back and forth sanding of undercoated or putty samples through the working disc with a dynamic grinding head, and the friction contact is in the form of surface contact. The number of sanding times is directly read by the counter, and the sanding performance of the material is comprehensively evaluated by combining the set load weight (additional weight adjustment) and the degree of abrasion of the sample.

Steps
1. Install the undercoat or putty sample to be tested on the magnetic chuck
2. Adjust the weight according to the need for additional weight
3. Set the counter setting range
4. Start the instrument for sanding test
5. Read the number of sandings displayed by the counter
6. Evaluation of sanding performance combined with degree of abrasion
