Principle
The equipment drives the high-speed swirl/spin of the grinding basket through the motor. In the closed basket, the grinding medium and the material are dispersed and ground at the same time under the action of high-speed shearing and Impact, thereby effectively reducing the particle size of the material.

Steps
1. Choose the appropriate grinding medium according to the material characteristics.
2. Add the material and grinding medium to the grinding basket.
3. Immerse the grinding basket in the cartridge containing the material to be processed.
4. Start the device and adjust it to the appropriate speed.
5. After the processing is completed, raise the grinding basket and take out the processed materials.

• Material viscosity should not exceed 5000cps.
