Overview
The JINGKELIAN QCJ-50 Film Impact Tester is a special test instrument designed according to the GB1732-79 standard. It is used to determine the impact strength of the paint film by dropping heavy objects from a height. The instrument has an impact height range of 0~ 50cm and a drop weight mass of 1000g. It is suitable for accurate evaluation of the impact performance of the paint film.
Features
1. Impact height adjustable range 0~ 50cm, Division 1cm, easy to accurately control the test conditions
2. Equipped with 1000g standard drop weight to ensure consistent Impact
3. Impact depth of 2mm and diameter of the punch is 8mm, which meets the standard test requirements
4. The aperture of the die base is φ 15mm, and the curvature radius of the edge of the pillow pad is 2.5~ 3.0mm, which is reasonable in design
5. Compact shape (250 * 140 * 830mm), Net weight 11kg, easy to use in laboratory
Principle
The weight is fixed at the desired height by the controller screw, and the height value can be read from the positioning mark. Press the controller screw to compress the controller spring, so that the round hole of the controller slider is aligned with the round hole of the upper cover and lower bottom of the controller, and the hook releases the weight. The weight strikes the punch rod, and the punch rod acts downward on the sample placed on the pillow pad. After completing the Impact test, lift the weight hammer, and take out the sample plate to observe the condition of the paint film.
Steps
1. Fix the weight to the desired test height through the controller screws
2. Place the sample on the pillow pad block
3. Press the controller screw to release the weight
4. The heavy hammer falls and impacts the punch rod to act on the model
5. Lift the weight and take out the test sample
6. Observe the Impact of the Sample Film
Notice
• For long-distance transportation and storage, moisture-proof items need to be parcelled and put into wooden boxes, which are filled with soft fillers and shockproof
• Instrument storage environment should be drying to avoid corrosion gas
• Check the integrity of each component before use
• Ensure that the heavy hammer is fixed reliably during operation
• Clean and maintain the instrument in time after the test
