DONGRU DR330 Coating thickness gauge is a magnetic/eddy current dual-use Coating thickness gauge designed and developed in strict accordance with the national standard GB/T 8393-1996. It is suitable for the measurement of nonmagnetic coating thickness on magnetic metal substrates and nonconductive coating thickness on nonmagnetic metal substrates. Measurement range is 0~ 1250 microns. The instrument has two Test methods, four statistical functions, and two calibration methods, which are powerful, small in size, simple to use, convenient to carry, Repeatability is better, and performance is good.
1. Provide rapid measurement, a variety of Test methods 2. Test methods: Continuous Test and Single Measurement mode 3. Four statistical functions: MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Average, measurement times Can store 116 measurement data 5. Can be connected to a computer for communication and read out the stored data for saving or printing 6. Calibration methods: zero point calibrating and two point calibrating 7. Use intelligent measurement, in line with ergonomic design 8. There is a beep during operation (Single Measurement mode) 9, can automatically identify iron and non-iron substrate 10. Low voltage indication 11. Manual/automatic shutdown function 12. Appearance, easy to operate 13. Fine and small integrated design, easy to carry 14, Simple operation, Test speed
The DONGRU DR330 Coating thickness gauge uses the magnetic thickness measurement method and the eddy current thickness measurement method according to the different metal substrates. The magnetic thickness measurement method can nondestructive measurement of the thickness of nonmagnetic coatings on magnetic metal substrates (such as steel, iron) (such as galvanized, chromium, enamel, rubber, paints, etc.); the eddy current thickness measurement method can nondestructive measurement of the thickness of nonconductive coatings on nonmagnetic metal substrates (such as aluminum, copper, stainless steel) (such as paints, powders, plastics, rubber, etc.).
Magnetic metal substrate nonmagnetic coating measurement, nonconductive coating measurement on nonmagnetic metal substrate
GB/T 8393-1996
1. Test method: continuous test or single measurement 2, calibrate: use zero point calibrate or two point calibration method 3. Probe placed on the measurement surface 4. Read measurement data 5. Use statistics to view MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Average and number of measurements 6. Store or export data through a computer connection
Make sure the thickness of the substrate is not less than 0.4mm. - The minimum size of the measurement surface is 10 * 10mm - Operating temperature range is 0~ 50 ℃, relative humidity is 20~ 90% RH - Pay attention to the low voltage indicator and replace the battery in time - Avoid measurements on surfaces beyond the radius of curvature (convex 5mm, concave 25mm) - calibrate before use to ensure measurement accuracy
